During my judo career I chose to represent Georgia in order to try to reach my ultimate goal: Going to the Olympics. In 2016 my dream came true.

To try to help people get better I do different things. I give masterclasses & presentations. Next to that I am interested in helping people with their communications and to become more Agile.

During my judo career I managed to get Master of Science in Communication in 2011. After that I worked at ING for four years. I found out my passion lies in helping people to get better. Communication of course plays a big role in this. I think that being creative and connecting the right people and content with each other, will lead to great results. And I believe that with thinking outside the box and having a positive mindset I can help companies to achieve their goals. Oh, and I found out humor always helps!

My biggest results in judo:

Participation Olympic Games Rio 2016
Silver at the European Championships 2016
Bronze at the European Club Championships 2014 (with Kenamju)
Gold at the Universiade Shenzhen 2011 (World Student Games)
15 medals in the IJF world tour 2009-2016
European Champion U23 years 2007
